Jackie is a Registered Professional Clinical Counsellor with the ACA and has experience providing counselling services to children within the school setting (P-12).  
Jackie’s passion is to help others achieve positive wellbeing and foster hope, healing, and resilience.  Through her studies and experience Jackie has assisted teens navigating their way with friendships and relationships while helping them forge positively forward into the
adult world. Jackie is an amazing supporter of young people who face a range of challenges but skilled in guiding them in the direction of greater independence & confidence. She also regularly integrates nutrition science with body-based (somatic) practices and therapeutic coaching to help her clients learn to nourish themselves with confidence from the gut to the brain (& vice versa), fostering a positive relationship with food.
Jackie advocates and remains informed about the problems youth experience in the modern technical world & complex times.

Jackie also has experience as a youth mentor providing a healthy trusting relationship to assist youth in fostering a positive identity and wellbeing. In the community she has dedicated her time to support individuals of all ages and backgrounds to help alleviate loneliness and social isolation by volunteering with Friends for Good on the phoneline and teen chat.
