Ghita will sometimes refer clients to hypnotherapy after a counselling session reveals that 'unconscious suggestion' would be more affective than psychotherapy.
First hypnosis session process: - First 20 minutes: Initial counselling style interview with the client to gather information to establish any emotional issues, limitations and blocks, plus the end results (goals) desired - Next 10 minutes: Hypnosis arm-raise testing for left or right brain method susceptability (Kappansian method). Hypnosis is then tailored to the client - Next hour and a quarter: Hypnosis induction using client's own 'key phrases' and incorporating their hypnosis goals - Last 15 minutes: Return to homoeostasis, recovery time and de-briefing
